Return & Refund Policy
Commissioned Portrait Drawings (Including Keepsake Ornaments) - Undamaged During Delivery
All commissioned portrait drawings are made-to-order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. These drawings are made-to-order and photographs of the portraits are sent to you, the client, before shipment to ensure satisfaction with the drawing.
Original Artwork (Excluding Commissioned Portrait Drawings) - Undamaged During Delivery
Original artwork purchased on my website or in person are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking information). The artwork must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage and buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please reach out to artbynikkimolick@gmail.com with your order information, return request and a photo of the artwork, if unopened, to ensure there was no damage to the artwork. Once approved, artwork must be shipped within 14 days. Refund will be issued once artwork is returned to Art by Nikki Molick. Damaged artwork may not be eligible for a full refund.
Art Prints - Undamaged During Delivery
Art prints are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking information). The print(s) must be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation of Order
All print and original artwork (excluding commissioned portrait drawings) orders may be cancelled for a full refund up until a shipment confirmation is sent to the client. Once shipment has taken place, you (the client) must follow the above steps to initiate a return.
Cancellation of a commissioned portrait drawing before the drawing begins is allowed, however the client, as agreed upon in the terms and conditions and commission contract, will not receive their deposit back. A commissioned drawing that has already begun and has been paid for is not eligible for a refund as custom portraits are made-to-order and take an enormous amount of time. All drawings are photographed throughout the drawing process to ensure happiness with the drawing and a final photo of the finished artwork is sent before shipment to ensure satisfaction.
Damaged or Lost Orders
I, the Artist, pay for shipping insurance for the original artworks that I ship. In the unfortunate event that your artwork is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, I will follow the necessary steps to receive a refund for the artwork. You, the client, may either request a refund or, if a commissioned portrait, another drawing of the same kind. Any damage that occurs to the artwork after the shipping carrier delivers the package (typically with photographic proof of safe delivery from the carrier) is not eligible for such a refund. If the artwork arrives damaged, please provide provide proof within 24-hours of delivery with photos of the damage to artbynikkimolick@gmail.com.
I will gladly replace any art prints that were lost or damaged during shipping.
