Our website host, Wix, provides real-time analytics for browsing sessions using your IP address to identify a general location of visitors which helps us identify our target audience, as well as the pages and/or products receiving the most browse time and from which source the visitor came to our website.

If you sign up for our email newsletters, you may receive emails from us about sales and new items in our shop.

​Our shop is hosted on Wix. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Wix stores your personal information such as your name, address, email, phone number, and any photo submissions (if applicable) when you place an order with us or opt into our email marketing. They store this data on a secure server behind a firewall. ​

Your information, such as name, address, email, or items ordered, may also be disclosed to third-party apps we use, such as Shippo (shipping app), Square (invoicing system), PayPal (for those who choose to pay this way). We use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Threads to market our products and services. When interacting with us on these social media platforms, we may collect your name, username, email address, profile information, and/or other information you share with us on these platforms. We use a Google email account as our primary form of communication. When interacting with us via email, you share with us your name, email address and any other information within those conversations.

If you provide us with photographs to complete a commission request, the photographs are saved onto Art by Nikki Molick's computer until the commission is completed, at which point the photographs are deleted​.

We use Wix and Square as our credit card processing platform for transactions you place with us on your credit card. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your credit card data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your credit card transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted, unless you specify that you want your information saved.
