1: WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, our site collects the following personal information you give:

 

  • Name

  • Address

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

When you browse our shop, our site may receive your computer or mobile phone's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide information that helps it learn about your browser and operating system. Our website host, Wix, provides real-time analytics for browsing sessions using your IP address to identify a general location of visitors which helps us identify our target audience, as well as the pages and/or products receiving the most browse time and from which source the visitor came to our website.

If you sign up for our email newsletters, you may receive emails from us about sales and new items in our shop.

2: HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?

When you provide personal information to complete a transaction, verify your chosen form of payment, and place an order, it is implied that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we or my website will ask you directly for your expressed consent with an opportunity to opt-out.

3: HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CONSENT?

If you decide to change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, and use or disclose your information at any time by contacting us at artbynikkimolick@gmail.com.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

5: WEBSITE PLATFORM

Our shop is hosted on Wix. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell my products to you. Wix stores your personal information such as your name, address, email, or phone number when you place an order with us or opt into our email marketing. They store this data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Your information, such as name, address, email, or items ordered, may also be disclosed to third-party apps we use, such as Shippo (shipping app), Square (invoicing system) and PayPal (for those who choose to pay this way). You may visit these third-party companies to view their privacy policies.

6: PAYMENT

I use Wix and Square as my credit card processing platform for transactions you place with us on your credit card. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your credit card data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your credit card transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted, unless you specify that you want your information saved.

7: GDPR COMPLIANCE

If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific rights related to your personal data under the GDPR. These include the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information.

  • Request a copy of the data we have about you
