Commission Artwork

The prices below include the drawing of your baby or pet's head and neck with a white background. Any additional objects, such as rugs, grass, or furniture, are subject to a small additional charge. Please contact me for a quote on this.
 
Please note that I take drawing orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. If I am able to fit you in sooner, I will certainly try! However, it is best to place a drawing order at least 6 weeks before you hope to receive the drawing in order to avoid scheduling conflicts. Please contact me if you have questions about availability.

How to Commission A Portrait

- Please fill out a form on the Order page
Please note the size and subject number for your portrait. Please note that portraits of babies are only available in black and white. Please also note the date you desire the drawing by. 
- Please email a selection of high quality photos to artbynikkimolick@gmail.com
After filling out a form, please send your top three photos for your drawing. The best photos for portraits are taken up close at eye level to the subject and with natural lighting. Please keep in mind that a high quality, sharp, reference photo will allow the most accurate drawing.
- 25% deposit
After details are agreed upon, a 25% deposit is required to secure your slot in my schedule. This is done via an emailed invoice through Square and is non-refundable.
- The drawing begins!
You will be notified as soon as the drawing begins! At that point, I will send another invoice for the remainder of the drawing cost. This must be paid during the first week that the drawing begins.  
- Approval
Once completed, I will send you a final photo of the drawing. Once approval is received, the drawing will be packaged and shipped!
