Print Club FAQ
When will prints be mailed each month?
Originally prints were being mailed on the last business day of the month, but I quickly decided I didn't like that method. I don't want you to have to wait that long for art to show up in your mail! Going forward, prints will be shipped on the 20th of each month. If the 20th is a Sunday, they will ship the following day. As long as you sign up for the print club before the 20th of that month, you will receive that month's prints!
Can I cancel my Art Print Club at any time?
Yes! While I hope you love being part of my art print club, if for any reason you want to cancel your subscription, just log in to your account, go to your subscriptions tab, and cancel right there!
I checked out as a guest, but I need to cancel my subscription. How do I do that?
If you signed up as a guest and can't find where to cancel your subscription, please reach out for help!
I meant to cancel my subscription this month, but was already charged. Can I still cancel and receive a refund?
If you want to cancel your print club subscription, but forgot to do so before you were charged, please reach out. If it is before the prints have been made, I can offer you a full refund for that month. If, however, I have already printed the prints in preparation for shipping, I will not be able to refund you, and you will still receive that month's art print.
How does billing work?
You will be charged the same day every month as the day that you signed up, until you cancel your subscription.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do!
What happens if my print arrived damaged?
I hope that doesn't happen! But, some things are out of our control, and if that happens, please send me a photo of the print to artbynikkimolick@gmail.com and I will get a new print sent right away!
How do you choose which print will be sent each month?
I work hard to always create new art, so that you don't receive anything old. I will create a new print for each month and my print club will be the first to see them!
Can I return a print and get my money back?
While I hope you are never unhappy with any of the art you receive from me, due to the made-to-order nature of my art prints, I am unable to offer a refund once the prints have shipped.
